To cancel or change your subscription:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Calma
- Choose a new plan or tap Cancel Subscription
Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Restoring Purchases
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, your subscription can be restored automatically.
- Open Calma and go to the paywall screen
- Tap Restore Purchases
- Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase
If the restore doesn't work, make sure you're signed in with the correct Apple ID in Settings > Apple ID.
Troubleshooting
If the app isn't working as expected, try these steps:
- Restart the app — swipe it away and reopen
- Check permissions — make sure Calma has microphone access in Settings > Calma
- Update the app — install the latest version from the App Store
- Restart your device — a fresh restart can resolve many issues

Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the Calma purchase and tap Report a Problem
- Choose your reason and submit
Refund decisions are made by Apple. Most requests are reviewed within 48 hours.
Data & Privacy
Your voice recordings are processed securely to extract tasks. We take your privacy seriously:
- Audio is processed and not stored permanently
- Your data is never sold to third parties
- All data is stored on your device and in your private iCloud
